Job Description

We're seeking a friendly and organized Office Assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, handling basic data entry, maintaining office supplies, and supporting staff with general clerical tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
  • 1 year minimum of office experience required
